Quality Control & Assurance
Delivering Excellence Through Every Stage of Production
At ONTARICA CORPORATION, quality is not just a process—it is the foundation of our business. We understand that international buyers expect consistency, precision, and reliability in every shipment. That’s why we implement a comprehensive quality management system that monitors every stage of the manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to final shipment approval.
Our experienced Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) professionals work closely with factories to ensure every garment meets buyer specifications, international quality standards, and compliance requirements. Through continuous factory supervision, systematic inspections, and proactive problem-solving, we minimize production risks, reduce defects, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Every order follows internationally accepted AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspection standards to ensure consistent product quality before shipment. Our dedicated inspection team carefully examines workmanship, measurements, fabric quality, color consistency, accessories, labeling, packing, and overall finishing to ensure every product exceeds customer expectations.
Our Quality Inspection Process
01. Fabric Inspection
Every production begins with careful inspection of fabrics to verify GSM, color shade, shrinkage, defects, construction, and overall quality before cutting starts.
02. Inline Inspection
During production, our inspectors monitor sewing quality, measurements, workmanship, machine performance, and production efficiency to identify and correct issues at an early stage.
03. Pre-Final Inspection
Before final packing, garments are thoroughly checked for measurements, stitching quality, appearance, trims, accessories, labeling, and finishing to ensure compliance with buyer specifications.
04. Final Random Inspection (FRI)
A comprehensive AQL-based inspection is conducted after production is completed. Random samples are inspected to verify product quality, functionality, packaging, and shipment readiness.
05. Packing Inspection
Each carton is inspected to confirm correct folding, polybag quality, carton marking, assortment, barcode labels, shipping marks, and packaging standards.
06. Shipment Approval
Only after successfully passing all quality inspections do we approve the shipment, ensuring our customers receive products that meet international quality expectations.
